1、When are orders shipped?

A: If you've shopped with us in the past, you know that we do our best to ship the items on the same day if received and verified before 3 pm Chinese time. Whenever possible, we also like to send an email with your shipping notice and tracking information in the evening after your item is shipped. But please don't be surprised if your item arrives before our email does-especially around the holidays and during special sales.

2、When does the product arrive?

A: Most of our products are shipped from Atlanta. If you are in the US, It usually takes 2-4 business days to deliver by USPS, If you are in the UK or other countries, It usually takes 3-7 business days to deliver by DHL or FedEx.

3、How do I get a return/exchange meant?

A:Condition:

Products may be exchanged if you get products that are totally different from what was ordered.
Products have quality problems and cannot be repaired (although our products have high quality).
The goods must be in their original presentation box. That means the product hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged, and so on. We can not accept a return that is not in the exactly same condition as we shipped to you.
We offer a 14-day exchange policy.

Send us an email about the problem as you received the products within 14 days. We will reply to you in 24 hours.
Make sure that the products are in their original condition. That means the product hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged, and so on.
Pay for the price difference if you exchange another one (if there is any).
In addition, we will pay for the exchange shipping fee if it's our fault.

B: We have 2 offline stores in Atlanta, so you can pick your parcels up if you are available.
